This tour was an exercise in slow travel, allowing us to truly savor the beauty and authenticity of the region. We weren't rushed from one attraction to another; instead, we had ample time to wander through charming villages, interact with local artisans, and simply soak in the atmosphere. Our guide was a master of improvisation, tailoring the itinerary to our interests and spontaneously adding stops that he knew we would appreciate. It was a flexible and personalized experience that made us feel like we were exploring with a friend, rather than being herded along with a crowd.
